How long does it take to charge?


It takes about 2.5-3 hours to fully charge your cordless styler. 


How long does the charge last?


On a full charge of your cordless styler, the iron should last for about 35-40 minutes at the highest heat setting. 


How hot does the product get?

  

The cordless styler will reach 400 degrees Fahrenheit.


Can you really use the wand anywhere?


Well, we wouldn't recommend using your Unplugged Cordless Wand in certain conditions - like skydiving or riding a horse, or swimming, for example. But it's perfect for on-the-go touchups in the car (not while driving, of course), at the office, gym, or anywhere you need a hair fix! 



How long does shipping take?


Shipping time depends on shipping speed selected, as well as your location. In the US, please allow up to 7-10 business days for free standard shipping. In Canada, please allow 5-8 business days for free standard shipping.


Am I able to track my order?


Yes! Once you place your order, you will be sent a tracking number via email.


An item is missing from my order. What should I do?

What is your return and exchange policy?

If your item is defective and you'd like to make a warranty claim, please email us at info@unplugged-beauty.com with:  (1) order number, (2) proof of purchase, (3) description of the issue and/or damage and, (4) photos.
